ICP on a 7.3L Powerstroke is the Injection Control Pressure (ICP) sensor, which measures the engine's high-pressure oil and sends the data to the PCM to control the fuel injectors. A failing ICP sensor can cause symptoms like hard starting, rough idling, stalling, and power loss. The sensor is located on the driver's side of the engine, near the front of the cylinder head.
